Cancellation Policy

Because of a significant increase in late cancellations of less than 24 hours’ notice, we will now FIRMLY enforce our cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please call or text the office at (630) 299-3464 at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Please note that cancellations received via text or email must be time-stamped more than 24 hours before your appointment. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call or text our office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday. All appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice will automatically be assessed a $55 cancellation fee.
