Yoga Classes
A Touch of Ginger (ATOG) offers weekly hatha yoga classes with meditation focused on the mind-body connection.

Class times
Fridays from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Sundays from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Class fee
$20 for one drop-in session
$150 for a bundle of ten sessions

Yoga props
Participants should wear comfortable clothes and bring their own yoga mat, if possible.
Benefits

Yoga has also been shown to help relieve PTSD, anxiety and depression. Yoga has benefits that go “beyond the mat.” It helps reinforce the connection with ourselves and our community with a sense of gratitude and equanimity to approach all things with balance and compassion.

To sign up to attend a yoga classs, register online or call ATOG at (630) 299-3464 at least 24 hours in advance of class.
Minimum class size: three participants. If fewer than three participants are registered, the class will be canceled. (Participants will be notified 24 hours before class if there is a cancellation.)
